SnapRetail provides SaaS solutions to help local independent retailers promote and sell their products via email and social media marketing.
I was a product manager but started at SnapRetail in a business development role. Previously, I focused on developing our partner, investor and re-seller relationships by identifying prospects, negotiating contracts, and handling program details. I was a leader in the product-discovery process, collaborating with key stakeholders to identify and analyze new product opportunities. I was also responsible for training our team on new product features and utilizing user/customer feedback to adjust future requirements.
Tutored students by defining terminology, compiling programs, and utilizing examples to illustrate concepts in Java, Visual Basic, and HTML. I coached student by stressing test-taking strategies and applying focused study skills.
Marketing Support Network is focused on quality marketing, sales, and customer support services offered with a strong value proposition by experienced professionals with a track record of success.
I created customized CRM databases and analyzed data for the Outbound Business to Business call center department for clients. I customized, trained, and set up CRM platforms (both ACT! and Salesforce) for clients to maximize their CRM usage and integration into their existing marketing strategy.
I supported MSN's own marketing efforts by designing templates and analyzing reports on targeted emarketing campaigns. I also set up and maintained Google AdWords and Bing! SEM accounts for MSN.
