Dan Smolkin

Employee at Quixey

I believe in bringing the best out in others and discovering what they have to offer.

Fortunately, I have a job where each day is different and the mission is clear: to enable others to do their best possible work and to make sure they are happy doing it.

Over the past decade - from New Orleans to California to Virginia and back again - I've had so many great opportunities to work with great people. From these experiences, I've developed a unique leadership philosophy. You can read more about it here - http://bit.ly/m7RVbj (startup-version revision coming this summer).
