Work History

Jan 2013 present
Divide Nine Product Engineer

Currently working as a software developer at Divide Nine. I began working at Divide Nine as the first in-house programmer, specializing in iOS development in Objective-C. However, I quickly branched off into other web development languages such as PHP/Javascript/etc as the need arose. Since my arrival I've been responsible for building and hiring my own development team for some very interesting projects.

Divide Nine is responsible for projects such as the redesign and implementation of the Vans Warped Tour website: www.vanswarpedtour.com in which I played a large role in implementing. My responsibilities ranged from database management all the way to front-end responsive design.

Apart from web development, I recently resumed my role as lead mobile developer and led a small team in the creation of our company's new video messaging app "Zum" which can be downloaded on the apple store here: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/zum-zum-video-messaging/id536708511?mt=8

Mutual Benefit Group Web Developer Intern

• Used ASP.net and HTML to design multiple web pages using custom-made CSS files. These pages provided ease of access to server-side information, such as customer policies, for all employees using the Mutual Benefit Group intranet.

• Implemented web pages that kept track of employee information within SQL databases, eliminating the need for physical copies of this information to be printed monthly.

• Improved the efficiency of the company's Intranet by redesigning UI elements and replacing functions with well-designed stored procedures to prevent SQL injection.
