Responsible for all Search hiring for Google, worldwide. This includes growth in the Americas and also EMEA and APAC.
-Train, mentor, develop, and lead a team of more than 20 direct reports, including three Leads, each with their own teams. -Develop and lead strategic hiring campaigns for Google in critical areas of need, including Search and Security Engineering. -Responsible for leading staffing for Search at Google in the Bay Area.

In 2004 selected to grow the newly created Technical Services Organization worldwide. Successfully partnered with the client group VP, Directors, and hiring managers. Planned the hiring strategy for the group and led a weekly hiring status meeting for the entire organization (now 180+ employees). Exceeded stated goals.
Provide strategic and tactical leadership to client groups. Demonstrated success executing a wide range of staffing programs in a corporate environment. Proficient recruiting both new college graduates and experienced professionals. One of only two recruiters kept during the downturn in 2000-2001.
Recruited on both Retained and Contingency basis to fill positions from Manager to VP level for hardware and software roles.
Staffed Cadence Design Systems and it’s subsidiaries with additional focus on wireless and networking startups. Primarily staffed the Methodology and Design Services groups at Cadence. Also worked on VP of WW sales for Teledex and senior level design engineers and AEs for Quickturn and MorphICs.
