A civil and structural engineering firm, T.Y. Lin International’s headquarters are in San Francisco, CA with satellite offices around the nation and in Asia. Recruitment needs vary from engineers specializing in bridge, roadway/highway, traffic and aviation construction and design to marketing, IT and other corporate department needs. As the sole Recruiter, I worked closely with Hiring Managers and Executives to understand organization needs and candidate profiles. Also managed HR Intern who assisted with recruiting and HR administrative tasks.

In addition to recruiting responsibilities, I also worked closely with Immigration Attorney to obtain and maintain work visas, complied with federal and state compliance reporting, and worked with Controller on Executive salary data audit and analysis.
