Founded in May 2010 and based in San Francisco, Humble Bundle is the most consumer friendly way, to buy bundles of epic games and other content. Our customers pay whatever they want for our bundle content, then allocate how their payment is split between the content creators and charities. Our customers have spent over $60M with us, raising over $25M for amazing charities, like the Red Cross, Childs Play and EFF.

Founded in 2009 by Rick Thompson (Co-Founded Funzio & Playdom) & Jeff Hyman, with a $23 million investment from Signia Ventures.

Idle Games is the first truly social MMO game to hit Facebook.

Founder Creating and leading initiatives for social games, real time messaging, matchmaking, dating, mobile web and mobile apps. Leading data analytics research into game dynamics, matchmaking and online dating. Conceptualizing and creating specs for in game monetization (coupons, virtual goods, incentive programs, promotions ). Leading testing and iteration using analytics to determine feature priorities, areas for ongoing improvement, and effective in-game design and marketing strategies for improvement of key success metrics (active users, retention, etc.). Conducted customer and competitive analysis in mobile and web based social games, building strategies for how can continue to have an edge over competition. Developing social marketing plan, encompassing Twitter, FB(app & fan page), YouTube, blog and search to drive traffic.
Responsible for day-to-day execution of social media efforts for the brand. Developed blue print for cross platform mobile application. Re-engineered site for HTML5, making improvement and updating code based on change request by FB, such as eliminating all FBML code. Working side-by-side with developer, using Ruby on Rails, Ajax, Java, PHP, CSS and JavaScript to develop app for FB’s Open Graph. Driving UI design to fit mobile and FB canvas and resolving technical issues using github and other repositories.

Backed by an angel investor. Oversaw design, user experience and software development of core search technology. Wrote business plan and calculated financial projections. Negotiated investment and merger talks with Ask Jeeves. Pitched to numerous VC companies and private investors. Led partnership discussions with major search players including Google and Yahoo. Responsible for leading PPC sales in the education and online university market, signed/negotiated terms with multiple online universities.

Managed full-cycle Enterprise Application recruitment for numerous accounts including Apple, HP, Pepsi, IBM and Accenture. Managing portfolio of domestic and international corporations, new business acquisition, prospecting, in-depth company profiling, service sales, presenting to C-level executives and team management. Alongside Partner I successfully launched the San Francisco, CA office, generating a turnover within 24 months of $9,000,000. Successfully setup K2’s Oracle (PeopleSoft) practice, today it stands as the second largest in the group. My core focus was across the Enterprise Application market of SAP, Oracle (PeopleSoft, JDE, Siebel) and BI. Hired, managed and launched multiple sales teams, mentoring staff to exceed monthly and quarterly goals. Extensive experience utilising social networking tools for sourcing both clients and candidates. Strong knowledge of corporate business operations and translating needs into business offerings. Successfully negotiated and assisted in composition of MSA and placement contracts, in conjunction with in-house legal counsel. I also negotiated alliances and 3rd party agreements. Implemented multiple processes for managing, sourcing, screening, submitting, referencing and tracking key resources.

Responsible for leading sales into the SME market, converting over two thousand traditional bricks and mortar companies into online businesses, resulting in award winning sites. Launched StoreXplore initiative that listed over a million products from our SME customer base. Handled a large portion of the daily office management. Hired and lead internal staff training in online sales and marketing. Successfully partnered with multiple advertising agency to assist them with their clients online commerce strategies. Built multiple back-end web solutions for clients including, Volkswagen, Land Rover and Dian Fossey.
