NatalieAccount Manager

Natalie is an Account Manager at Readyforce, where she matches great people to jobs using the Readyforce technology. Her most recent position was at Avis Budget Group, where she lead a regional six-sigma team and served as the company's lean six-sigma trainer. Before that, she was at Airline Operations Group in Bangkok Thailand, where she was responsible for world wide Customer Service. She has a BA in International Business/Management from Florida International University, Miami and she did her Master's studies at the Asian Institute of Technology. Natalie's first job was selling beach gear at a local surf shop in Waikiki.
