Alex MooradianCEO and Co-Founder
Alex began researching the staffing and recruiting industry from the inside out in 2006. Convinced the industry was ready for a technology revolution, he launched Readyforce in 2009 with Bill Trenchard, Executive Chairman and co-founder. Prior to Readyforce, Alex was a Principal at Eos Partners, a growth equity investment fund in New York, and was an Associate at First Atlantic Capital and Fremont Partners. Alex began his career as an Analyst in the Mergers and Acquisition Group at Merrill Lynch. He is a graduate of Columbia Business School and Georgetown University. His first job was doing construction demolition in New York.
