Anna is responsible for making sure that quality candidates are matched to jobs that are a good fit for them in a fast, easy and transparent way that delivers a high quality experience to both job providers and job seekers. Most recently, Anna was the head of human resources at IronPort Systems where she was responsible for designing and building the culture and people programs as the company grew from the pre-revenue stage to $250M in annual bookings and sold to Cisco Systems in 2007. She has a BA from the University of Oregon and an MBA from IESE in Spain. Her first job was as a delivery driver in Connecticut, where she was responsible for making sure that hot food got delivered on time and in a safe way.
