How does Readyforce work?

Readyforce works with great companies to help them find talented individuals to fill their open positions.

Who is making decisions on my application?

That depends on where you are in the process, but ultimately everyone is working off of the requirements of our client.

Our Recruiting Experts review your initial application. Candidates who match are invited to an initial interview via video. Those interviews are conducted by our Interview Experts. Those video interviews are reviewed by our Interview Experts and the top candidates are invited to interview in person. Final decisions and offer letters are generated by our clients.

How do you and clients make hiring decisions?

Before beginning the hiring process, Readyforce and our Client establish the targets for a specific position. All decisions along the way are based on those goals.

What if I don’t have a webcam / computer / internet connection?

If you don’t have a suitable video set up, you have 3 main options. First, check your network. Odds are you have a friend / colleague who has a suitable configuration. Laptops with built in webcams are ideal. Your second option is go to one of our locations around the San Francisco Bay Area. Third, find a public location for your video interview.

What are the technical specs for a good video interview configuration?

Great – Laptop w/built in camera and High Speed Internet in a well-lit room with a simple back wall

Very Good – Computer with webcam/mic/speaker connected via WiFi in a well-lit room with a simple back wall

Good – Computer with webcam/mic/speaker connected via WiFi in a well-lit room with a busy back wall

Poor – Older Computer with webcam/mic/speaker connected via shared WiFi in a poorly lit room with a busy back wall

Account Manager

The Account Manager is the person who works directly with our Clients to understand their specific hiring needs and translate those needs so our Recruiting Experts and Interview Experts can find candidates who match.

Hiring Manager

The Hiring Manager is the person at the Client who makes the final decisions regarding a Candidate’s application. The Hiring Manager works with the Account Manager to define what the Client is looking for and sets the targets that Readyforce shoots for.

Recruiting Expert

Our Recruiting Experts specialize in evaluating applicants based on the attributes our Client is looking for.

Interview Expert

Readyforce Interview Experts are individuals who focus on conducting interactive video interviews. Their role is to interview candidates for positions and evaluate recorded interviews to identify candidate-position matches.

Dashboard

The Readyforce Dashboard is where candidates can see all the positions they have applied for, the status of each application and see feedback about their candidacy.
