The Right to Information

Too often job descriptions are ambiguous or candidates are left in the dark. No reply. No updates. No nothing.

You have a right to know all relevant information about the position including compensation, responsibilities and company background. Should you apply you deserve to know where you stand in the process and what the next steps are.

You have a right to know as quickly as possible when decisions have been made or when something changes. If you ask a question, you have a right to a fast reply!

The Right to Respect

Job seekers are people too. You deserve to be treated like one. We respect your time and we respect your privacy. If a retailer treated their customers the way most job seekers are treated they’d go out of business. You are equal partner in this candidate matching process and you deserve to be treated that way.

The Right to Honest Consideration

You put a lot of time into your resume and application. At a minimum someone should look at it! We guarantee that at least 3 different recruiting experts will consider your application to make sure that you are fairly evaluated for every position you apply for.

The Right to Be Heard

Your goal is to land a great position. And we are doing everything we can to make that goal a reality. You have a right to tell us how bad we’re doing in our mission. We need to hear it all: the good and the bad. If the news is bad, don’t worry about hurting our feelings -- we can take it. If the news is good, please share! The Right to Change Your Life

You can do anything you set your mind to. We love helping people change their jobs and change their lives. Often people feel trapped despite a desire to do something different and try something else. You have the right to change your life. We’re striving to change an industry so as many people can change their lives.
