Companies have been doing them for years, but only recently has technology made it possible for virtually anyone to interview via video.

Go beyond your resume

Within minutes of your video interview, the technology will fade and you will be having a natural discussion about you and your experience. Fortunately, you’ll be meeting with a Readyforce Interview Experts who will guide you along.

Set up made simple

You’ll be able to select a time to interview based on your schedule. Before your interview you will meet with one of our associates via video to ensure that your settings show you in your best light. No computer, no webcam? No problem! Other people have interviewed at one of our video interview locations or found a friend.

Be prepared

Like any informational or first round interview, you’ll want to be prepared to discuss your background, your experience, and the specific results you’ve had in your career. If applying for a specific job, research the company and be prepared connect your experience with the position.
