Compensation: Base $35-45K, plus bonus/commission quarterly

What You Will Be Doing

  • Working as a consultant to customers doing value proposition interviews.
  • Adding to an established book of business and creating new business with local retail stores and professional lumber yards.
  • Meeting with purchasing agents and managers to work out purchasing plans.
  • Building and broadening relationships with an existing customer base.
  • Working face to face with your customers daily in the Houston area.
  • Handling a $4-5 million quota yearly.

About You

  • 3-5 years of sales experience.
  • You're creative - you see opportunity everywhere.
  • You love the consultative selling process.
  • You have excellent communication skills.
  • You're curious and ask the right questions.
